I am a native to Cullman.  I attended Cullman High and attended the University of South Alabama. I have two grown children and 5 wonderful grands.

I got into real estate 25+ years ago, as a part-time agent, and after a year, knew that selling real estate part-time, raising 2 children, and having a full-time job was very difficult.  When I was able to financially leave my full-time job, I did and the rest is history.

In working with potential clients, every client I have worked with is very different as they have their own stories and dreams of what they want.  As a Realtor and a person knowing where I have been, I take that very seriously. For my buyers, it's about the negotiating skills I love.  I listen to what you want, advise, and help you reach the goals you have. I'll also tell you the do's, the don'ts, the whys, and maybe the why not. If you are someone who likes to flip homes, I will do the research to make sure you get the most back when you sell.  

With Seller's, it's a totally different animal. Meaning there's more than just putting a For Sale sign in the front yard.  It means making sure your property is getting out there, advertising, great photos, following up, and staying in touch.  

In this wonderful career, I have obtained my Broker's License, ABR, GRI, SFR, and PSA Designations and I am also an ELP for Ramsey Solutions.  Not only that, I have partnered up with other Real Estate affiliates across the nation to help others move to our area.

Do I love real estate?  Absolutely, it's my happy career, and wouldn't want to do anything else.
